The Challenge
FDV documentation and procurement review processes are traditionally manual, time consuming, and error prone. Large construction and property portfolios generate vast volumes of technical documents that are difficult to review consistently, increasing operational risk and project costs.
Our Approach
Multiconsult partnered with AI Alchemy Hub to develop MultiSecure™ as a generative AI solution capable of ingesting, analyzing, and validating FDV documentation and procurement material. The platform automates requirement extraction, compliance checks, and action list generation, while supporting both technical text and diagrams.
